Pocket Council does not collect, store, or share personal data. This policy explains how the app handles information and your privacy choices.

What we do NOT collect

• No account signup or profile data.
• No transmission of your prompts, model files, or usage to our servers.
• No analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party SDKs.

What stays on your device

• Your prompts, conversation history, and downloads remain stored locally on your device.
• App preferences and operational state (like download progress) are kept locally.
• Deleting conversations or uninstalling the app removes this local data.

Third-party services

• If the app downloads models or assets from third-party hosts, those services receive your standard network information (e.g., IP address) to deliver the files. Their policies apply when you access their services.
• We do not share or sell any data to third parties.

Children

• The app is not intended for children under 13. Do not use if you are under the applicable age of consent.

Changes to this policy

• We may update this policy. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
